This page is deliberately conservative. Leadership Confidential has worked with a small number of people so far, in depth, over time. That's a different kind of evidence than a large study: closer, more specific, and honestly smaller. Here's what's actually documented.
"My posture changed. I stood up. I wasn't relaxed... jaw clenched, stood up, posture changed." (Noticing an automatic reaction begin, in real time.)
"It's not even a thought." (A habit that had required conscious effort became automatic.)
Choosing a direct, calm request over avoidance in an unplanned moment: "no stress, no mess."
Independently recovering from a setback using written material alone, without contacting the facilitator.
One participant's measured cognitive load: 41% at intake ("Compression Onset Zone") to under 7% at program close ("Optimal Functioning Zone"). This is one participant's instrument-scored result, not a study average.
90 days later, that same participant independently named the tool he'd been taught as the one he used most, unprompted, and described a coworker noticing a specific physical change without being asked.
The same participant experienced a serious, unrelated setback and reported roughly two months of the old reactive pattern returning. He recognized it himself, consciously went back to his own written notes, and reports it becoming natural again over the following weeks, without the facilitator's active involvement.
The evidence base is currently two documented, in-depth cases plus earlier discovery conversations. Whether these results generalize to a larger group hasn't been tested yet. Whether a compressed, one-time delivery format produces the same depth of result as the current multi-session engagement is an open, actively-tested question, not a settled claim.
The examples above are drawn directly from real recorded sessions, generalized to protect the individuals involved.
